George Hommel was born about 1817 in Centre county Pennsylvania. He married Annie Rinkard before 1839. They had the following 11 children:

Hummel-800 and Hommel-202 appear to represent the same person because: The spelling used on all sons is HOMMEL on their tombstone. These are the same man who is also my 4th great grandfather.
