Beulah Ishmael Hopper was born on 8 September 1919 in Kentucky, United States, daughter of Hardin Hopper and Sarah Frances Wilcox (1888–1962).^[1][2]

She married William B Gray.^[3]

She died on 8 October 1996 in Kettering, Montgomery, Ohio. She was 77 years old.^[4][5][6] She is buried in Hillgrove Cemetery, Miamisburg.^[7]
