Biography

Henry was born in 1873. He was the son of Henry Howard and Cecilia Riggs.

Henry was listed in the 1881 Census. ^[1]

He married in Marylebone RD, Middlesex, England on 24 April 1917.^[2]

Invested with Order of the British Empire [OBE] at Buckingham Palace 5 March 1920. Appointed Temporary Commander, Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve 1 Sep 1939.

He passed away in 1953.^[3]
