In the 1911 census of St George In The East, Georges East, London, England, Arthur was age 13, scholar, living with his father Arthur T (41), Carman, mother Amelia (37) and siblings Ameila (15), Leather Trade Jewel Case Maker, Albert (9), Walter (6) and May (2).^[4]

Research Notes

There is no record in the 1939 Register of an Arthur Thomas Howard born 18 Jan 1898. This suggests that Arthur may have died before then or emigrated.
