Biography
Ruth Howe was born 3 May 1774 in Norfolk, Connecticut[1] and baptized on 10 July 1774. Ruth married Samuel Stevens, son of Peter and Ruth(Glass) Steven in Wells, Vermont on 14 Feb 1802.[2] They had five children. He died in the War of 1812. [3] She died in Wells, Rutland, Vermont in March 1848.
