Tina Howell was an Ohioan.

Tina Belle Howell was born on November 2, 1892 in Ohio, United States, daughter of Arthur Grant Howell (1863–1931) and Rebecca Mary Jane Barnett (1862–1946).

In 1900, Tina (7) was living in Byesville with her parents, Archie (37) and Rebecca (38); and her siblings, Elmer E (12), Jenettia (10), John W. (4), James A. (3), and Hattie E. (0). ^[1]

In 1910, Tina (17) was living in Muskingum, Ohio with her parents, Arthur G. (46) and Rebecca J. (48); and her siblings, John W. (15), James A. (12), Hattie E. (9), and Glenn L. (7). ^[2]

Tina (17) first married Clarence Drake (17), (born about 1823 in Perry County, Ohio, United States) on 16 May 1910 in Muskingum, Ohio.^[3]

Tina (19) secondly married Daniel Demptzy Maxwell (19) (born on April 2, 1892 in Zanesville, Muskingum) on February 14, 1912 in Muskingum.^[4]
