I finally found a census record with her on it. She is listed as Catharine Huffines (age 9). Her parents are Jacob Huffines (60) and Anne Huffines (43). Her siblings are Russell Huffines (15), Nancy Huffines (12), David Huffines (11), herself, Eliza Huffines (5), and John Huffines (2) in about 1841.
