Clarence was born in 1867, son of Milo Clarence Huling (1834–1904) and Amelia Emily Phillips (1834–1917).
He married Florence Belle Simmons (1878–). They had a daughter:
Carolyn Lorraine Huling (1897–1971).
He married 2nd Hannah Caroline Nolen (1883–1978). They had the following children:
Helen Wilhelmina (1913–1976)
Alexander Karl (1915–1993)
Robert Milo (1920–1984)
He passed away in 1937. Buried at Grandview Cemetery, Shaftsbury, Bennington County, Vermont.
