George Humphrey born ca 1665/6. George died on 17 Jun 1732 in Hingham, Massachusetts. ^[1]

George resided on Fort Hill St. in Hingham.

On 16 Feb 1686/7 George married Elizabeth Carver (15325) , daughter of John Carver (ca 1637-23 Jun 1679) & Millicent Ford (5790) (-ca 1696), in Hingham. Born on 4 Mar 1662/3 in Marshfield. Elizabeth died in Hingham on 14 Mar 1747/8.

(This Elizabeth Carver was not the one who died at Marshfield 4 Apr 1694; that was her brother William’s daughter Elizabeth.)

He died June 17, 1732, in his 64th year. In his will of 22 May 1732 he mentioned four sons and two daughters; provided for wife Elizabeth; and bequeated to sons Thomas & William lands at Harwich(?) on the Kennebec River, York County; to sons John & Ebenezer the home place in Hingham.
