Biography
Elsie was born in 1895. She was the daughter of Edward Hunter and Catherine McMullen.
In 1917 Elsie married George Powley Wislang in Wellington. George was with Barton's Circus touring New Zealand at the time. She and George were divorced in 1932, having been separated since 1925.
She married James Hosking Stevens in 1934.
She passed away in 1966 at the age of 71. Elsie Stevens was buried at Mangere Cemetery.
