Irma was born in Victor Harbor, South Australia during 1919. She is the daughter of Leonard Victor Hurrell and Grace Pearl Joy. She passed away in South Australia during 2021.
Irma was born in Victor Harbor, South Australia on 4 November 1919 to Leonard Victor Hurrell and Grace Pearl Joy.[1]
Irma married Mervyn Albert Littlely in Victor Harbor, South Australia on 23 November 1940. The following "Approaching Marriages" notice was published in the South Australian newspaper, The Advertiser, on 16 November 1940:[2]
- HURRELL—LITTLELY.—The marriage of Irma Jean, younger daughter of Mr and Mrs L. V. Hurrell Victor Harbor, to Mervyn A., only son of Mr and Mrs H. R Littlely, Back Valley, will be solemnised at the Newland Memorial Church, Victor Harbor, on Saturday the 23rd of November, at 7 p.m.
After Mervyn's death in 1962, Irma married Leslie John Lawes Springbett.[3]
Irma died in South Australia on 14 August 2021 at the age of 101 years.[4]
Irma was buried at the Inman Valley Cemetery in Inman Valley, South Australia on 21 August 2021.[5][6]
