Biography

Elizabeth was born to Thomas Hyatt III and Experience Scott Hyatt in Ridgefield on 25 Oct 1711.[1]

Elizabeth Hyatt married David Rockwell in Ridgefield on 29 Aug 1731.[1]

Elizabeth Hyatt Rockwell died in Ridgefield on 13 Feb 1758. [2]

She was buried in the Ridgebury Cemetery.[3] Inscription: Here Lies Buried the Body of Elisabeth Rock well the wife of david Rock well & daughter to thomas & phebe hyatt who died phebruary ye 13 1758 in ye 46 year of her age. (Thanks to Gary Boughton)

In 1759, she (deceased) and her children are mentioned in her father, Thomas Hyatt's will.[5]

Hyatt-316 and Hyatt-89 appear to represent the same person because: They have similar birthdates and names, and also according to Genealogy of the Families of John Rockwell, of Stamford, Connecticut Elizabeth Hyatt who married John Rockwell had a father named Thomas born in 1680.
