Biography

Arlene Irish was born September 20, 1926 in Villenova, Chautauqua, New York to Henry Irish and Laura Dubert. In 1930, Arlene was living with her parents and 14-year old brother, Maynard, in Villenova. Her father was a farmer.^[1]

In 1940, Arlene, age 13, was living with her grandparents, Elizabeth and Charles Dubert in Villenova.^[2]

Arlene married Stanley Gleason on February 23, 1944 in East Leon, Cattaraugus, New York. They had four children.^[3]

Arlene died August 17, 2009 in South Dayton, Cattaraugus, New York and was buried in Villenova Cemetery, Balcom Corners, Chautauqua, New York.^[4][5]
