Biography
Francis was born in 1868[1] in Hull, Yorkshire, England, where he lived with his parents, Thomas Powditch Isles and Hannah Dandy, in 1871.[2] The family lived in Beverley, Yorkshire, in 1881.[3]
Francis married Ellen Barnby (née Wright) in 1892.[4][5]
He died in 1895 at the age of 26.[6]
