Herbert George Izzard was born in 1883 in Ourimbah, Colony of New South Wales, son of Robert Leslie Izzard (1842–1920) and Louisa Eliza Batty (1854–1918).
Herbert (22) married Maud Weeks (19) (born on April 16, 1887 in Camden, New South Wales; daughter of George Weeks and Mary (Lysart) Weeks) on November 19, 1906 in St Johns Church of England, Camden, New South Wales, Australia.
Herbert died in 1952 in Chatswood, New South Wales, Australia, aged 68.
