Biography

On July 19, 1833 Ingar was married to Ola Månsson, he was 25 years old and she was 17.^[1]

They settle down at Gårdslösa no 12 and their first child, Måns, is born in 1835. Ola is listed as "åbo" in the household books beginning in 1831 and in 1845-1850 he is “kyrkovärd” and 1851-1855 he is listed as. “riksdagsm.”.^[2]

Ingar bore ten children for her husband Ola Månsson who later changed his name to August Lindbergh and fled the country with his mistress in 1859.

In 1860 some of the children has already left home and "f.d. riksdagsmannens Ola Månssons H. Ingar Jönsdotter" and the rest of the children become “inhyses” at No 31, Tunby with Torp. Sergeant Måns Lindberg, born in Gårdslösa 1835-04-04 (that would be the oldest son). ^{[9] [10]}No mention of what has become of Ola Månsson.

It would seem that siblings of Måns (born 1835) also takes the name Lindberg, the brother Jöns is listed as “telegrafisten” Jöns Olsson Lindberg when he moves away from home in 1862.^[11]

Ingar Jönsdotter dies in Tunby 1864-08-03, only 48 years old, and was buried 1864-08-07. ^[12]

The youngest children, Per, Nils and August is still living in the household of their oldest brother Måns and with sister Ingar as "piga", at least until Måns dies in 1870.^[13]
