Biography
William was born in 1886. [1] He passed away in 1957. [2]
He was married twice. His first marriage was in 1905 to Mary Lou Neel (1885-1920). [3] Their children were Thomas, John W., and Blanche Lavona. He then married Rosa Still (Rosetta Fisher) in 1920. [4] Their only child was Lucille Rosetta.
William was 1/4 Cherokee by blood. He appears on the Dawes Roll, Dawes #28240, Card 6061.
