John's mother's maiden name is given as "Jamieson" on his birth record. There is a marriage record for William Jamieson and Annabella Jamieson in Stirling in 1859.[3] Could not find a marriage record for a William Jamieson and an Ann/Annabella Gibb on ScotlandsPeople. Baxter-4158 - 6 Jan 2023.
