Profile category is "Needs Validation" & "Needs Transcription" - Which means the uploading of a baptism image (if possible), properly cited so that it will not cause copyright issues, and the full transcription [not only from FamilySearch itself] of the the baptism entry with LNAB (LastNameAtBaptism) to prove the spelling. The project profile (wikitrees-cogh-stamouer-progenitorATgooglegroups.com) has been added to the trusted list of this progenitor profile [Privacy Tab] and then also activated as active manager (though this progenitor profile still has to be validated with a [transcription of a] baptism [image]), and this profile Project Profile Protected). The bio has been integrated as best possible for the time being. Primary records will probably still be around in archives in Europe and in the Netherlands.

Van Rensburg-424 and Janze-3 appear to represent the same person because: Duplicate of already existing profile / Janze-3 is the correct LNAB and should be the target profile. Please merge and help build our on profile per person global tree.
Janse van Rensburg-1318 and Janze-3 appear to represent the same person because: Duplicate. Janze-3 already existed (Patronymic). I'll do the final integration of the bio after the merge, thanks!
He most probably came from the town Rendsburg or the area Rendsburg-Eckernförde ( https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rendsburg ). This town was formerly known as Rendsborg when it was still part of Denmark. I had my DNA tested too, it is Ultra Norse so we are as Viking as can be and, as in my father's case, we are prone to a disease called Vikings Claw (Dupuytren's Disease).
Janse van Rensburg-1220 and Janze-3 appear to represent the same person because: Clear duplicate. Janze-3 has the correct patronymic form of the LNAB. I'll do final integration of the merge, thanks!
