Biography
Anna Jane Jemmeson (married name Gillard) was born in 1861 in Tarraville, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Hannah (Ireland) Jemmeson and Henry Jemmeson,[1]
She married William Daylesford Carey Gillard in 1887 in Victoria.[2] Their children were:
- Ellen Gillard (1888–?)
- Alfred Gillard (1888–?)
- Herbert Ernest Gillard (1890–1952)
- Harold William Gillard (1895–1911)
- Cyril Harcourt Gillard (1897–1955)
- Lydia Alice Gillard (1899–1970)
- Edgar Charles Gillard (1899–1973)
Anna died on 16 December 1950 at Maffra Hospital in Maffra, Victoria.[3] Her remains were buried in Maffra.
