Biography
Corporal Alpheus Jewett served with Colonel Charles Burrall's Regiment (1776), Continental Army during the American Revolution.
Alpheus Jewett is a DAR Patriot Ancestor, A062680.
He was a soldier in the Revolution, and in the census of 1840 he is named as a pensioner living in Sharon, Connecticut, aged 85 years.
