Fred Johnson was born in Texarkana, Miller, Arkansas, United States. Fred (24) married Addie Ann White (27) (born on October 20, 1883 in Nashville, Davidson, Tennessee, United States; daughter of Michael White and Elizabeth (Lyons) Ferguson) on October 2, 1911 in Cook, Illinois, United States.[1] [2] Their daughter was June Winona Johnson (null – null). By 1917 he was residing in Milwaukee. Fred was in a military record in 1917 residing at 419 6th street. He was working as a porter in the Arcade barbershop at the Arcade Building in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. He stated he was living at 419 6th St. in Milwaukee with his wife Addie .[3]

In the 1920 census, Fred Johnson (age 34), laborer, was recorded as the married head of household in Milwaukee Ward 2, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.[4]

In 1930, Fred (43) K was living at 720 Brown Street, in Milwaukee (Districts 1-250), Milwaukee, Wisconsin. [5]

Fred Johnson is a part of US Black heritage.

Fred was born in either 1886[6][7] or 1887.[8] He was born in either Kansas or Oklahoma [6] or Texas. [7]

On October 2, 1911, Fred H. Johnson married Addie Spencer in Cook County, Illinois. [9] In 1920, Fred Johnson, 34, married, mulatto, born in Kansas, lived in Milwaukee, Milwaukee, Wisconsin with his wife Addie Johnson (36, married, mulatto, born in Tennessee), his step-sons James Spencer (18, mulatto, born in Missouri) and Joseph Spencer (16, mulatto, born in Illinois), and his daughter June Johnson (2, mulatto, born in Wisconsin).[6] In 1930, Fred K. Johnson, 44, married "neg," born in Texas, lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with his wife Addie A Johnson (46, married, "neg," born in Tennessee), his daughter June W Johnson (12, "neg," born in Wisconsin), and a boarder named George D Streeter.[7]

Fred died on 4 November 1937 in Cook, Illinois, United States.[10]
