Census: 1930 Fort Garland, Costilla, Colorado. ^[4]

Marriage John Edward married 1st, Addie, in 1891, presumedly in Kentucky, per the 1900 US Census. They had Frona b. 1892, and Mary "Loli" b. 1894. Addie past away in 1927 according to her Find a Grave memorial. Note: There are many Addie's in Bath County, Kentucky in 1880 and all but Addia Cassity, daughter of John Milton Cassity and Mary Williams of White Sulphur, Bath, KY seemed to have married other men or died in places other than Colorado in 1927. Working theory is John Ed's Addie was Addia Cassity.

John married 2nd, Florence about 1935. married between 1930 and 1940 Census. ^[5][6]

Death John E. Johnson past away in 1947, presumedly in Colorado, according to his gravestone picture on Find A Grave.
