Biography
Bill was born on May 30, 1946, in Baltimore, Maryland. He was the son of William Karl and Mary Bialis. He had four siblings: Theresa Ann Karl, Sharon E. Karl, Lawrence Karl, and Diane (Karl) Ellis.
Bill moved to Arizona in 2005 with his wife and companion of 20 years, Victoria. Bill viewed Westerns growing up and hungered for the more open plains and was not disappointed, deciding to settle in Mesa in 2006. Bill's gift of humor, entertaining antidotes and spontaneity will be forever missed.
His nickname was "Moose", because he loved moose. He was also referred to as "Third Generation Bill" by some in Maryland.
Bill passed away on July 8, 2017 at Dobson Hospice after a lengthy illness[1]. He was cremated and his ashes were spread into the ocean at Ocean City, Maryland[2].
