James Christopher Keenan, whose mother's maiden name was Cullen, was born on 07 Dec 1894^[1] at 61, Kennedy's Villas, Dublin. The birth was registered in the South City No. 1 registration district of the Dublin South Superintendent Registrar's district of County Dublin.
