James Christopher Keenan, whose mother's maiden name was Cullen, was born on 07 Dec 1894[1] at 61, Kennedy's Villas, Dublin. The birth was registered in the South City No. 1 registration district of the Dublin South Superintendent Registrar's district of County Dublin.
On the night of the Census of Ireland [2] which took place on the night of 31st of March, 1901, James Keenan a scholar aged 6, was at House 48.4 in Bow Lane West (Ushers Quay, Dublin).
