Mr. Keisler was born in 1915 and passed away in 1985.
- Born in the Hollow Creek area of Lexington County, South Carolina, he was a son of Henry William Keisler and Mary Ophelia Wessinger Keisler.
On 16 June 1941 he enlisted in the Army/Air Corps at Fort Jackson, South Carolina.
He and Frances Katherine Craps married in Lexington County on 22 April 1942 and lived in Sumter.
