Biography

John was born in 1853. He was the son of Phillip Keller and Catherine Spader. The 1860 census shows him living in Rockingham County, Virginia, with his parents and siblings. ^[1] In 1879 he married Nancy J. King. ^[2]The 1880, 1900, and 1910 census information shows John living in Allen County, Ohio, with his wife and children engaged in farming. ^[3][4][5] John passed away in 1918. ^[6]

Research Notes

Family records indicate that John and Nancy had 2 infants that died young. They are Francis L. Keller, born 14 June 1880 and died 9 October 1880, and Virdie Alice Keller born 11 October 1886, and died 20 January 1887. Long-14382 13:02, 15 November 2021 (UTC)
