Spouse & Children: Ellsworth Lee Troutman (1929–1996). Thomas Lee Kelley (1954–2004); Brooks E. Kelley b.1959. Patricia Kelley TROUTMAN was born in Phoenix to Donald Wood and Marion Boyd Kelley.

She was lovingly raised in Phoenix's glory days of moving from a small town to a vibrant metropolitan city. As a child, she could be found riding her horse on north central when the street was still dirt.

She graduated North Phoenix High and went on to get an AA degree from Pine Manor College in Brookline, MA. After Pine Manor, she attended the University of Arizona where she became a Pi Phi. She transferred to Arizona State, where her grandmother Mary A. B. Murphy graduated in 1895, and graduated with a degree in History. She went on to marry Air Force Lt. Ellsworth Lee Troutman in 1953 in Tucson, Pima, AZ, USA. They had three children ( two of them later took on the Kelley name ). They divorced in 1959. During her married years she moved between College Station, TX, and Phoenix, giving birth to her first two children in Phoenix. She moved close to her parents in California for the birth of her third child. Patricia and her children moved to Tucson in 1963 and Patricia joined the Tucson Country Club at her parent's insistence and support. She played golf actively for many years. Patricia was born in 1930. She was the daughter of Donald Kelley and Marion Boyd. She passed away in 1993.^[1]
