Biography

James was born in January 1863 at Kelly's Cross, Prince Edward Island. He was the eldest son of John Kelly and Margaret Smith. He immigrated to the United Sates in 1882. He was an Electrician. He married Catherine Theressa Crowley of Lynn, Essex Massachusetts and they had at least 4 children in Lynn.
