Orthe was born on February 14, 1885 in Moniteau County, Missouri to James Kelsay and Amanda Winget.[1]
On November 27, 1901, Orthe married Elbert Strother on November 27, 1901 in Moniteau County, Missouri.[2]
Orthe died on March 5, 1967 in Kansas City, Missouri. [3][4]
She is buried in the Kelsay Cemetery in Morgan County, Missouri.[5]
