Biography
Arthur was born in 1875, the son of Benjamin Kemp and Mary Ann Windebank.[1]
He married Annie Ford in 1905.[2]
He passed away in 1963[3] and was buried in Moutere Hills Cemetery, Upper Moutere, Tasman District, New Zealand.[4]
