Biography
Margaret Kennedy was baptised in the parish of Kingussie, Inverness-shire on 1 April 1825. Margaret was the child of Donald Kennedy and Janet McDonald. [1]
In 1841 Margaret was living at 14 Duke Square, Stanley, Redgorton Parish with her mother and siblings. She was employed as a cotton reeler. [2]
In 1851 Margaret was a Mill Worker at Stanley living with her parents and siblings at Duke Square.[3]
In 1861 Margaret was living with her parents, a sister and a nephew at Duke Square Stanley. She was employed as a cotton reeler. [4]
In 1881 Margaret was living at Duchess Street, Stanley with John, her nephew. At the time she was in receipt of Parochial Relief.[5]
