Napthali W Kenyon was born on April 6, 1837 in Shroom, Essex County, New York, United States, son of Avery Woodburn Kenyon (1803–1889) and Polly West (1811–~1859).[1] He participated in the Battle of Gettysburg.
Napthali died on October 9, 1915 in Kansas, United States, aged 78. He was buried in Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, Leavenworth County, Kansas.[1]
