Catherine Agnes Baillie KERR was born on 22 May 1873 in Spott, Haddingtonshire, Scotland, daughter of John KERR and Agnes (FRATER) KERR.^[1][2]

She married John SANDILANDS in 1895 in Whitekirk and Tynninghame, Haddingtonshire, Scotland.^[3] They had 7 children.
