Wiliam was born in 1906 to John Stevenson Kerr and Carol Rose Elliot. In 1935, William married Eunice Violet Stafford. ^[1] He passed away in 1995 at the age of 89. ^[2]

William served in the Australian Army during WW2.^[3]
