Isaac Kerstetter was born on 15 Apr 1847 in Lower Mahanoy, Pennsylvania. He is the son of Charles and Sarah Kerstetter.
Isaac married Sarah Kroh about 1867 in Pennsylvania. Together they had nine children.
He passed away on 5 Sep 1900 in Northumberland County, Pennsylvania and is buried with his wife at Stone Valley Cemetery in Hickory Corners, Pennsylvania.
