Biography

Joel was born in 1822. He married Sophia Gifford in 1846 in Jasper Co, IL. He passed away in 1904. His brother John F. Kibler married Sophia's sister Sarah Ann Gifford. Even though Joel died in Clinton Co, IN, where at least one sister-in-law lived (Charity Gifford Bolt), he was buried back home in Jasper Co, IL.
