Biography
William was born in Duncan, British Columbia on 15 Dec 1886, the son of George Kier Florence Monk.[1]
He married Hattie Viann Evans in 1911.[2]
He later married Mary Theresa Wadel.[1]
He passed away in 1966; he had been a Provincial Policeman.[1]
