Hendrik Pieter Kik, born 23 November 1911^[1] in Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland, Nederland, son of Klaas Kik and Janna Adriana Bolijn. He died 25 June 2000^[2] and was buried at the Spring Lake Cemetery, Spring Lake, Ottawa County, Michigan^[3]
