CN20151Mrs. Everett H. (Ida E.) Corman died this morning in Freeport Memorial Hospital after a short illness. She made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Paul L. (Corlyn) Roth, 1650 S. Demeter Drive.

Mrs. Corman was born June 20, 1882, in Ogle County, daughter of August and Elizabeth (Kaney) Kilker and was married to Everett H. Corman on Feb 5, 1907, in Freeport. Her husband died in June, 1947.

Mrs. Corman was a member of St. John United Church of Christ and of the Ministering Circle of King's Daughters.

Surviving is her daughter, Mrs. Paul (Corlyn E.) Roth; two grandsons and three great-grandsons; two sisters, Mrs. Emma W. Schmertman and Mrs. Louis (Minnie) Wallbaum, both of Freeport. She was preceded in death by her husband three brothers and six sisters.

Service will be at 2:30 pm Thursday at Walker Mortuary with Rev. C.H. Uthlaut, pastor of St. John Church, officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.

Friends may call in the funeral home after 10 am Wednesday. A memorial is being established for St. John United Church of Christ.
