Biography

Lloyd G. King was born on November 29,1922 in Ravalli, Montana. He was the son of Archie King and Ruth Cox. His parents divorced and in 1940, he and his brother, Archie, Jr., lived with their mother in Hamilton, Ravalli, Montana where she worked in someone's home. [1]

On January 2, 1943, Lloyd enlisted in the United States World War II military in Butte, Montana. [2]

Lloyd died on May 21, 1972 in Roseburg, Douglas, Oregon and was buried in Roseburg Memorial Gardens. His wife was Joyce King. [3] [4] [5]
