The earliest official roll of the Hawfields Church is the "List of membership reported to Presbytery, meeting at Milton, April 12, 1838." List includes Samuel Kirkpatrick, Jane Kirkpatrick, Hannah Kirkpatrick, Elizabeth Kirkpatrick. There are later rolls given, including 1850 and 1846. Samuel, Jane, Hannah, and Elizabeth, and William A. Kirkpatrick are all included in the 1850 roll. The Negro servant Henry of Hugh Kirkpatrick is listed.

Is this one of the missing sons??? Thomas Isaac Kirkpatrick, b. 1831/1832 in Orange County, NC, d. 1912 in Payne County, OK. Married Lurena Stanley Prather in 1858 in North Carolina, subsequently moved to Kansas, then Oklahoma. Their daughter Mary Nettie Ann (Mollie) married Alonzo Harp in Kansas, and their son Thomas H. Harp, Sr.
