Biography
Frank was born in Kahutara. He married Mavis Merle Woollen in 1941, and they had six children: Donald, Julie, Noeline, Christine, Warren and David. Note that the Knight and Dempster books refer to him as "Robert Frank' but in RG BDM records he is "Frank". [1]
Frank remarried to Thelma ...., but details are not known. [2]
