Biography

Gertrude was born in 1914 in Middletown Ohio. She was the daughter ofFrank Kolker and Elizabeth O'Neal. She married first James Eugene Doughman and second Albert Hall. She worked for Crystal Tissue. She was the mother of at least two children. Gertrude passed away at the age of 91.
