   MANSON H. KUHN, 59, of Park Forest, Ill., died at 5:19 a.m. yesterday (7 Jun 1974) at Deaconess Hospital from cancer.
   
   Born in Evansville, Mr. Kuhn was an executive with the Chicago & Eastern Illinois Railroad.
   
   Surviving are his wife, Florence; daughters, Mrs. Ann Wilson of rural Evansville, Mrs. Alison Taylor of Danville, Ill., and Miss Meredith Kuhn at home; a son, Manson H. (Bill) Kuhn Jr. of Caracas, Venezuela, and six grandchildren.
   
   The body will be taken to Lakeside Funeral Home in Danville, Ill., where services will be at 10 a.m. Monday (10 Jun 1974) with burial in Spring Hill Cemetery there.
