Marie LaPointe was a Canadian First Peoples and member of the Metis Nation.

Marie was born about 1813. She passed away in 1895.

Transcript from Kipling Collection: Marie Lapointe, born 1820. Metis, High Bluff Manitoba. Daughter of Antoine Lapointe and wife of Joseph Pocha.[1]
