I Isaac Lamm of Taylors Township, Wilson County & state of North Carol in a make this my Last Will I give & bequeath my Estate & property Real & personal as follows that is to say first that all my just debts be paid if Eny out of the money that may be on hand at my death. Sectonly I give to my Beloved Wife her lifetime or widowhood & my two Daughters to wit Polly & Sealy All my personal property including stock household kitchen furniture money and provisions on hand that may be left after my just debts is paid to geather with one peace of my land known as Lot No. 1 & including my Dweling house & mill & bounded as follows commencing at a gum in the great swamp near the mouth of the Driving branch run up said swamp with Thomas Lamms line to Peter Eatmons (unreadable) then near East with said Eatmans line to a stake thince to a stake in o neals line thence near East to a pine thence near south to a stake near the Little Ditch then down said ditch to a stake thence near south to a stake thence to the Beginning to hold in common stock Equeley a like as long as eather of them does live & after the last ones death and my wife rite shall seace then the part of the Land on the west side of the road I give to my grand Daughter Poley Deans except the mill & three acors of land not convnant (?) thereto & the balance of the above named land & mill & all the personal property that may be on hand after the maridge or death of my wife & death of my two above named daughters I leave to be sold & two hundred Dollars of the money to be Equely devided Between all my Daughter Delpha Deans children except Poley & the balance of the proceeds to be equiley devided between all my Gran children that may be living at that time.
Sect, I give my Daughter Treaca (?) Jones one peace of my Land known as lot No. 2 commencing at a pine thence south to a stake then near ea st to a stake thence north to a pine thence on to a pine near a old field thence to t he beginning.
third I give my Daughter Zinnia (last name unreadable) one peace of my Land known as Lot No 3 commencing at a stake runs near East to a gum near t he run of the Driving Branch thence Near North to a pine in Whits (?) line thence with said line to a pine thence near south to a pine near a path thence to the beginning. I give my daughter Delpha Deans one peace of my land kn own as lot No 4 commencing a gum in the Driving Branch thence down said Bran ch to a gum near the Great Swamp thence near north to a stake in Whits line thence with said line near south to a pine thence to the beginning. Fift I give my son Isaac Lamm one peace of my Land known as Lot No 5 commencing at De lpha
Deans line Finch corner runs near east with said Finch Line to a stake thence near north to a stake in Whits Line then North said line near W est to a stake thence to the beginning. Sixt I give my Daughter Lizza (?) O N eal one peace of my land known as Lot No 6 commencing at a pine in Whits L ine thence Near West with said line to a stake Whits corner thence near No rth to a pine Calvin Arons Corner thence near west to a pine thence near sou th to a stake thence east to a pine thence near south next to a stake thence E ast to a pine in Gurney (?) Line then to the beginning.
I allso Appoint Solomon Lamm & Jonas Lamm both of Cross Rodes Township Wilson County N. C. Executors of this my Last Will & Testament in witn ess whereof I have signed & sealed & published & declared this instrume nt as my last will at Solomon Lamm on the 2nd day of March 1876. his Isaac X Lamm (seal) Mark
The said Isaac Lamm at said Solomon Lamm on said 2nd day signed & seal ed the instrument and published & declared the same as & for his last Wi ll & meet his request & in his presence & in the presence of each other have he re unto set our names as subscribing witnesses.

I here by add as a part of my Last Will that the peace of Land kno wn as Lot No 2 & give to my Daughter Treaca Jones that gift only extend her li fe time & at her death then I leave it to my Beloved Wife & two daughters to w it Polley & Sealy if eather of them be living and if not or after their D eaths then to be sold & the proceeds Equily Devided between all my grand chi ldren that may be living at that time.

I, Annie Lamm, widow of Isaac Lamm, deceased, desireing to secure myself the benefits named in section 2108, of the Code, hereby dissent from the w ill of my said husband Isaac Lamm, deceased, said will bearing date March 2nd , 1876., with codicil thereto, bearing date October, 29th., 1877., and d o hereby give notice to all persons concerned that I shall insist on demanding the rights and estates as secured to me under the Code, section 210 9. This the 30th day of Jan., 1899.
