Her parents were François Lamoureux and Marguerite Achin. Godparents at the infant's baptism were François Serat and Geneviève Tartre wife of Jean Bouffandeau.[1]

Marguerite Lamoureaux married Joachim Théodore Loiseau, son of Jean Joachim Loiseau and Marie Joseph Gauthier, on 13 Jan 1766 in Sainte-Famille church of Boucherville. In the presence of known witnesses Joseph Loiseau and François Lamoureaux.[2]
