Biography
Loretta was born July 4, 1966 in Lebanon, VA. She was the daughter of Hubert Lampkins and Lillie Patrick. She was preceded in death by a sister, Faye, in 1991; her father in 2006; a brother, Roger, in 2008; and her mother in 2010.
She married James Dennis "Denny" Herndon on Oct. 4, 1986. Children possible.
Loretta passed away on June 13, 2017 at her residence in Castlewood, VA. Her remains are interred at Ketron Memorial Gardens in Lebanon, VA.
