Flora was born in 1880. She was the daughter of Christopher Columbus Lancaster and Laura Belle Hendershot. She passed away in 1935.
She married Robert Ernest Springer on 6 December 1900 in Indianapolis, Marion, Indiana. Their child was Arthur Christopher Columbus Springer (1901–1982).
Flora passed away on 9 February 1935 in Los Angeles County, California followed with burial at the Inglewood Park Cemetery in Inglewood, Los Angeles County, California.
